This week...
Second Grade: This week we will be reading the story Big Bushy Mustache. We will using a calendar, identify and problem solve, review base words, and context clues. SPELLING packets will be due on Friday with a spelling test and story test on FRIDAY.
Third Grade: This week we will begin the story Stone Fox. We will attempt to finish four chapters this week with a quiz over those four chapters on Friday. Skills we will be covering this week include making inferences and possessives. SPELLING packets are due on Friday, with a spelling test on FRIDAY.
Fourth Grade: This week we will be reading the story The Stranger. This will start short unit on stories by Chris Van Allsburg. Skills we will be covering this week include compound words, synonyms, verbs, and making inferences. SPELLING packets are due on Friday with a story test and spelling test on FRIDAY.
Don’t forget to do your spelling packets and use them to study!
